Frequently asked questions

I forgot my password. What now?

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new password. Check your spam folder too.

I didn't receive the confirmation email after signing up.

Check your spam and junk folders. You can resend the confirmation email from the sign-in screen in the app.

Reminders aren't arriving.

Make sure SoulQ has notifications enabled in system settings and isn't restricted in the background (e.g. by battery saver). On Android 12+, you may also need to allow "Alarms & reminders".

Do my entries sync between devices?

Yes — when you're signed in to your account, entries are automatically backed up and synced. The app keeps working offline and syncs once you're back online.

How do I delete my account?

Directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. See the Delete Account page for details, including deletion by email request.

Are my entries private?

Yes. Only you can see your entries, we show no ads, and we never sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
