Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your SoulQ account, including all data, at any time. There are two ways:

1. Directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the SoulQ app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

2. Request by email

If you cannot sign in to the app, send a deletion request from the email address you registered with to info@soulq.cz with the subject "SoulQ — account deletion request". We will process the request within 30 days at the latest and confirm it to you.

3. What will be deleted

• your user account (email, username, year of birth),
• all journal entries (moods, feelings, reasons, notes),
• your profile photo,
• the link to your Google or Apple sign-in.

4. Retention after deletion

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Data is removed from the production database immediately and from backups within 30 days at the latest. We keep no data after your account is deleted.
